Yellow Alarm appears

A Data Fire RAS PTE is alarming. This alarm is also referred to as Remote Alarm Indicator (RAI).

Cause Resolution
This usually indicates that the telephone company is testing the line. If this condition persists, call the telephone company.
It might also indicate that the driver's long-haul/short-haul configuration is wrong. Do the following:
  1. Call the telephone company and ask them to confirm the distance to the nearest repeater.
  2. After obtaining the information, ensure that the drive's configuration is correct.
