Digi International declares that:

1. The CE will not send Progress Indicator with "Private Network Server Remote User"

2. The CE will not send Cause IE with 'Private Network Server Remote User'

3. The CE will not send cause values not defined in TS013

4. The CE will not send multiple diagnostics in cause IE

5. The CE will not send Cause IE exceeding 6 octets

6. The CE will not send ETSI facility requests which are not supported in the carrier documentation

The equipment has been designed to fail-safe and not damage the network in the event of failure of any single component, failure of any power supply, incorrect manual operation, when operated outside its stated environmental conditions or when the voltage from any batteries varies.
