Master Setup Process: SNA over SDLC

Use this process to configure a SYNC 2000 line for SNA traffic over an SDLC link.

Procedure

1. Ensure that requirements have been met. See Required SCO Patches and Requirements for SNA.

2. Install and configure the IBM CS/UnixWare software. See the IBM documentation.

3. Install the Digi adapter. See the hardware installation card.

4. Install the Digi driver. See Installing the Driver: CD.

5. Add a WAN device. See Adding a WAN Device.

6. Configure a line for SDLC. See Configuring a Line for SDLC.
