Configuring a Digi Device from a Telnet Session

Use this topic for directions on configuring a Digi device from a Telnet session.

Starting Point

This topic assumes that you have already configured the Digi device with an IP address.

Procedure

  1. Telnet to the Digi device using the following command:

    2. telnet ipaddress

    where ipaddress is the IP address of the Digi device.

  2. Log on as the administrator.
  3. Configure the device as required.
