Resetting the Configuration to Factory Defaults

Use this troubleshooting procedure to reset PortServer to the factory defaults.

Important: You will lose all PortServer settings when you reset PortServer to factory defaults. If you have a complex configuration, call Digi Technical Support for assistance.

Procedure

1. Power on while simultaneously pressing both arrow buttons on the front of PortServer.
2. Hold these buttons down until CL is displayed on PortServer II.
3. Reboot and then reconfigure PortServer.
