Methods of Supplying Commands

There are three methods for supplying Digi One RealPort or PortServer TS with the commands required to configure it. They are

By accessing the command line from a directly-connected terminal.
By accessing the command line from a LAN-based telnet terminal.
By downloading a configuration file from a host.

Navigation and Editing Keys

Use the following keys to navigate along the command line and edit commands:

Action	Keys
Move the cursor back one space	Ctrl b
Move the cursor forward one space	Ctrl f
Delete the character to the left of the cursor	Back space
Delete the character under the cursor	Delete
Delete the character to the left of the cursor	Ctrl h
Scroll back through commands	Ctrl p
Scroll forward through commands	Ctrl n
Execute the command typed on the command line	Enter

Abbreviating Commands

All commands can be abbreviated. You need only supply a sufficient number of command letters to uniquely identify the command.
