Starting PortServers

Use this procedure to start a PortServer in the RealPort configuration.

Note: Starting a PortServer will automatically save changes to the configuration file.

Procedure

1. Ensure that the Monitor Utility is loaded. See Loading the AIO Monitor Utility. 
2. Use the arrow keys to position the pointer next to Start PortServer and press <Enter>.

   A new pointer appears next to the first PortServer in the configuration box.

3. Use the arrow keys to position the pointer next to the PortServer you wish to start and then press <Enter>.

   The PortServer Status is changed to "Active."
