Use the close command to close active sessions, including telnet, rlogin and connect sessions. Normal users and administrators (root) can issue the close command.
Note: You must escape from the active session to command mode to enter the close command. Do this by choosing the escape key defined for your session type. The escape keys are defined by the ConnectEsc, TelnetEsc and RLoginEsc options of the set users command.
Enter the close command as shown below. If no argument is given, the current session is closed, by default.
close [* | connection_number]
