Printer's instructions

- 1 sheet bi-fold 
- 1st page of PDF is page 4 and page 1 of the bi-fold. 
- 2nd page of PDF is inside pages (2-3) of the bi-fold.

- these should be printed on 8.5x11 paper and copied (or printed) such that it is
a 1 sheet 4 page bi-fold (folded in half) 
- 8.5x11 20lb white paper
