Verifying the RealPort sa

Use this procedure to verify that the IP address of the sa in AIX is the same as the IP address configured on the PortServer.

Procedure

1. Log onto the console as super-user (root).
2. Enter this command: smit dev
3. Select Digi PortServers.
4. Select Change/Show.
5. Select the sa associated with the PortServer in question.
   
   Make sure that the IP address matches the IP address configured for the PortServer with the set config PortServer command.
