After-hours and weekend support can be scheduled for an additional fee.
Repair within five-years from date of purchase for defectives or non-conforming products.
- Product exchange for same product type within one year from date of purchase. (Credit card number or PO is requested and charged if defective product is not returned within 15 business days. After first year advance replacements can be obtained for
an additional fee.)
- Customers calling in for support on current Digi products will receive a callback within four (4) business hours. Priority response is available for an additional fee.
Customers requesting a call at a specific time should schedule this in advance.
- Five (5) minute hotline is designed to answer quick questions. Customer will have five minutes with a technical support person between the hours of 9am-5pm CST to resolve the case. If not resolved within five (5) minutes, call will be placed in the c
allback queue for a return call within four (4) business hours or pre-scheduled time.
- Customer email or faxed requests will receive a response within 24 business hours.
- Drivers and firmware available free of charge via ftp or website on all current product releases. Digi’s web and ftp sites also contain, manuals, diagnostics, FAQs, application notes, and other helpful information.
- Online information is available for all Digi legacy products that have been converted to obsolete status.
- Installation support for Digi drivers, firmware and hardware
- Technical Support for troubleshooting Digi products from installation, through configuration and successful Digi diagnostic testing; additional support of non – Digi hardware, software (including applications, operating systems, and networking) may be
provided at an additional charge.
- Advisory support on basic configurations, compatibility and cabling specifications
- Digi will help initiate and coordinate efforts to resolve customer issues involving multiple vendors
