Use this procedure to install the Windows NT 4.0 driver for the Digi SCSI Terminal Server after downloading the driver from the Digi web or ftp site.
C:\WIN32APP\DIGIINTL\PORTSRVR
Windows will also show your IDE hard drives in this list, even though they are not really SCSI devices. Your SCSI adapter should be identified by name, for example, AHA 154x, and show at least one device ID, called Initiator (this is the SCSI adapter itself, and is usually Target ID #7).
Note any device IDs displayed for your SCSI adapter. Any ID number, from #0 to #7, that doesn't appear in the list, is available for use with your SCSI Terminal Server.
NOTE: If you have installed external SCSI devices, such as scanners or ZIP drives, and they are not turned on when you start your computer, they will not report their IDs to the SCSI BIOS, and will not appear in the list. You must either account for these devices manually (by looking at the SCSI ID selection switch/jumper), or ensure that these devices are turned on when you boot your computer.
