Setting up Mail services

The Email Server must be enabled as a basic service

  1. Point your web browser to your Qube
  2. Go to the Administrator site
    You will have to login as admin
  3. Select the Control Panel button
  4. Select
  5. Verify that Email Server has a check next to it

Accounts must be created for all mail users

  1. Go to the Users button
  2. Select
  3. Select
  4. Fill in Full Name, Username, Password, and Maximum Allowed Disk Space
  5. Select
  6. For each additional user, repeat steps 4 and 5
  7. When you are done adding new users, click on to verify your additions

Email is now active on the Qube!

Email Address format: username@qubename.domain.com

Mail can be checked via POP3 or IMAP4 capable clients:

  • Netscape Communicator
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Eudora
  • Microsoft Mail/News (depreciated)
  • Netscape Mail/News (depreciated)
