Symptoms
Use these symptoms if you have any problem with PortAssist Manager, the
adapter connected to PortAssist Manager or a terminal connected to the
adapter.
Before you begin any of the following procedure, keep in mind the following:
- Some of this troubleshooting might involve the adapter you are working
with and its connection. You also might need to go to the troubleshooting
for that adapter.
- At some point you might need to call Digi Technical Support. Writing down
what you have done with what results would be helpful in describing what
your problem is.
Identify the symptom that most closely matches the problem you are having:
